OFTEC is the Oil Firing Technical Association. OFTEC keeps a register of all suitably qualified, reputable oil engineers. These OFTEC Registered Technicians are registered competent persons, and will be able to install oil-fired appliances. When the technician arrives, ask to see their identity card.
